ABOUT NANCY

Nancy is the wife of noted travel writer, Ron Stern. She writes about food and travel and is a regular contributor to The Daily Meal. Her articles have appeared in major news outlets such as The Los Angeles Times, Sun-Sentinel, San Diego Union-Tribune and Yahoo News.

Nancy started her career by creative art journaling while accompanying her travel writing husband. After some encouragement from her friends and family, who loved hearing about her adventures, she decided to compile these into a book. So along with dozens of sketches, a bit of humor, and the writings from their journeys together, a book of memoirs evolved called, The Travel Writer’s Wife.
